What WaRobot cannot do in Kenya yet
In Malaysia, WaRobot collects payment inside the chat. That runs on a Malaysian payment processor, so it does not work in Kenya today — the AI will capture the order and hand it to you, but you still collect the money the way you do now. We are not going to pretend otherwise on this page.
M-Pesa is the obvious first rail to build. Before we build it, we want to hear it from businesses that would actually use it — tell us how you get paid today and we will build to that.

This is a Malaysian pilot, in Malaysian ringgit, and we have left it in ringgit on purpose — converting it into shillings would dress up a Malaysian result as a Kenyan one. What it proves is that the product works, not what it will do for your business in Nairobi. No Kenyan business has run this yet. That is precisely why the first ones through get founding terms and a direct line to the people building it.
Frequently asked
Can it collect M-Pesa payments in the chat?
Not yet. In-chat payment currently runs through a Malaysian processor. The AI will answer, quote and capture the order; you collect payment however you do today. M-Pesa is the first rail we would build, and the form on this page is how we decide when.
What does it cost, and in what currency?
Kenyan businesses are billed in US dollars. See the pricing page for the current plans. A 14-day trial with 1,000 credits — a card is required to begin, nothing is charged during the trial. Then RM99/month.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. You connect the number your customers already have saved, and they keep chatting to the same number as before.
Can it reply in Swahili?
You can set an agent to reply in English, and that we are confident about. Swahili is not yet one of the languages you can pin an agent to. Left on the default setting the agent mirrors whichever language the customer writes in, so Swahili replies are likely — but we have not tested that with real Kenyan customers, so we are not going to claim it works until we have. If Swahili matters to your business, say so below and it moves up the list.
What happens when the AI does not know something?
It stops and hands the conversation to you rather than inventing an answer. It only answers from the documents and prices you upload.
