What counts as an AI message?
Every reply your agent sends to a customer via WhatsApp. Inbound messages from customers and human-sent replies do not count.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my message quota?
Autopilot pauses and conversations queue for human reply. You receive an email alert at 80% and 100% of quota.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You only pay the monthly subscription. Twilio has its own per-message fees charged separately by Twilio.
